Clips fail in a single snap and take a shelf or a panel with them. Send the broken clip with a ruler, and we model a replacement with the same jaw geometry and spring range.
Material matters for clips: they flex, so the design and the plastic both have to give. We print in the material that matches the clip's job, PLA for light duty and PETG where it needs to take repeated flex.
